* Online sale access is strictly by invitation only.
* Sale or transfer of invitation to others is strictly forbidden.  
* No posting of products and/or details of the sale on any social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Xiao Hong Shu, WeChat, Weibo, Tiktok etc.) Any content found on social media will lead to an automatic cancellation of your order.

Product & Pricing
* Purchases are for personal use only and any purchases on behalf of others are strictly forbidden.
* Reselling of items to other people, through any channel including informal/personal/second hand goods stores/internet are strictly forbidden.
* Exchange, return, refund, after-sale services and alterations on items purchased will NOT be accepted.  
* All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
* Final prices are determined at checkout.  
* No additional discount is given on the net price per each item.
* No GST refund will be issued.
* Prices may be adjusted at any point during the sale period. Adjustments do not apply to purchases already processed and cannot be the basis for any claim.  
* Products will have a minimum 6 months’ (unless otherwise stated) shelf life upon delivery.
* Products may come with slight packaging damage.
* Products indicated as * (Slight Packaging Damage), ** (Short Shelf Life - min. 3 months), or *** (Slight Packaging Damage + Short Shelf Life) are sold as is.
* Gifts With Purchase (GWP) are subject to availability.
* Gifts With Purchase (GWP) are not sellable.
* Any violation of the above regulations may result in permanent suspension of any current and future private sale privilege.  
* For any enquiries regarding your online order, including issues such as functional defects, please contact the OnTheList team within 7 days of receiving your order. Any enquiries received after 7 days from delivery will not be addressed.

Quota

Payment
* Payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
* Payment in SGD only.
* Only 1 delivery address per invite.

Delivery
* Free delivery on all orders above S$100. S$5 delivery charge for orders under S$100.
* Estimated delivery time: 4-6 weeks from close of sale.  
* Each order is limited to one single delivery address and the recipient's name at the delivery address must be the same person who made the purchase.
* Delivery only in Singapore.

General Provisions
* L’Oréal Group and OnTheList Pte. Ltd. reserve the right to make the final decision for access to the sale, sale of products and in any disputes.  
* Internet Explorer is not advisable to browse the sale.
